Ohio BCI's Cold Case Unit uses a multidisciplinary approach that brings together advanced forensic techniques, intelligence analysts, and experienced investigators to generate new leads in unsolved cases. In this session, BCI shares how their collaborative model strengthens case decisions, identifies the best next investigative steps across disciplines, and integrates FIGG as a standard tool. Designed for agencies looking to incorporate genetic genealogy into their existing cold case framework to improve outcomes for victims and families.
